Hey ,

This question nags at me every single day...

Why do some people heal their PTSD in weeks?

…while other suffer for their ENTIRE life?

Why are there some people who can heal their nightmares, eliminate their anxiety, and keep it away for good?

…but others are stuck repeating the same cycles over and over again?

This is one of the BIG problems I see time and time again...

It's not that some people had it worse, or had better circumstances, or had more support, or whatever... it's literally none of those things.

None of these factors had a major impact on their ability to heal.

But you know what did?

Their level of commitment to growth.

Here's what I mean....

The truth is that you will not heal as your current self.

Growth is required.

You cannot stay the same person!

You cannot hold onto broken beliefs, broken habits, broken thought patterns, and expect to heal.

Those who heal (and heal quickly) are the ones who are most willing to question their beliefs and their way of thinking.

and CHANGE.

They're able to accept that they aren't perfect, and that they need to grow into a new version of themselves to recover.

How committed are you to your transformation?

Out of 10?

Think of a real number right now…

Then ask yourself how you can get that puppy up to a 10/10 — where you are willing to do whatever it freaking takes for as long as it takes, where no roadblock, no problem, no obstacle, no person can stop you.

What do you need to get to that level of commitment?

Because someone with a 10/10 commitment?

Is GUARANTEED to heal.

They simply WILL NOT STOP until they succeed.

This was the level of commitment I had, and what I hope to help build in YOU.

Now, you're thinking....

"This is all great and all, but how do I actually go about doing this?"

Well the process is simple, there are just 3 steps...

1 - Start by defining your current self.

Who are you right now? What are your beliefs, habits, thought patterns, etc? You have to bring awareness to the state of your life, because if you don't know where you are, you won't know what you need to work on.

2 - Then define your future self that has fully recovered from PTSD.

What person do you have to become to heal your PTSD? What habits do you need to build, and which ones do you need to break? What beliefs hold you back? What do you accept and what don't you accept? Make this image as clear as freaking possible, you want to be able to perfectly imagine what this person would do in any situation.

3 - Create a plan to become this person, and visualize being this person daily.

Now it's time to write down how you're going to become this person. And this is where things get really fun, this is where the rubber hits the road and you dig into how you're going to grow and transform into this new you. And you want to visualize this new version of yourself handling the situations that you encounter today. How would they deal with the problems you face everyday? Visualize yourself succeeding and overcoming your problems with ease.

Going through these steps is extremely powerful, it really sets the foundation for the rest of your journey.

If you don't know where you are, where you're going, or who you want to become, then you're going nowhere.

If you don't start transforming yourself NOW?

Guess where you’ll be in 5 years?

At best, exactly where you are now…

But more likely?

Things will continue to get worse, problems and traumas will compound, and life will be hell.

This is an exercise I do with all my clients…

So you can choose to read this email and do nothing with it….

OR you can seize the opportunity and really start making a change in your life.

No one can change your life but YOU.

This is an exercise that I’ve literally put hours into…and have probably done it over a 20 times in my life…because I’m always looking to evolve and grow into a better me.

So, my recommendation?

Take a step forward TODAY, pull out a notebook and actually complete this process.

So with that, I hope you're having a great day!

I sure as heck am :) and I hope this email helps you out today ❤️
